Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely recording of deposits in the organization's administrative systems
- Send account statements to clients on a recurring basis
- Receive, control, and schedule payments
- Provide support in administrative activities related to reception
- Generate the supplier and client portfolios report
- Among others.
Requirements:
- Education level: Degree in administration or related field
- Language: English & Spanish
- Experience: 3 years
